Job Description : 

  • Recruitment for the advertised position is initially for fixed term period of 03 years on company roll . On completion of 03 years of period stated above, the employee will be considered for appointment on company's regular roll which shall be subject to performance of individual and organizational needs.
  • The candidate should have minimum 8 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Human resources / Talent Management & Talent acquisition, handling all activities of employee life cycle.
  • He/She should be having exposure in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, and identification & deployment of top talent within the organisation and succession planning.
  • He/She should be having experience of managing full cycle in recruiting with solid understanding of sourcing techniques/ sourcing through Social media etc.
  • He/She should be skilled in maintaining data related to people matrix and providing data input to the Management for strategic moves.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience of SAP is desirable.
  • He/She shall be responsible for driving Performance Management, Reward and Recognition along with Employee engagement activities, facilitating performance conversation etc. having HRBP expericne in large & mid size multilocation organisation will be added advantage.
  • He/She should be possessing knowledge of managing data of employees from hire to retire.
  • The candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point and operating SAP HR Module.
