Educational Qualification :  A Degree in Civil Engineering or Technology obtained from any of the Universities or an Institution

Pay Scale : Initial Appointment (First 5 Years): ₹26,000/- per month (fixed). After 5 years: Regular Pay Scale as per 7th CPC : Rs.19,000/- to Rs.63,000/-

Age Limit : 
- Minimum Age Limit : 18 Years
- Maximum Age limit : 35 Years

Relaxation in upper age limit shall be as follows:
- સામાન્ય કેટેગરીના મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને : 5 વર્ષ 
- અનામત કેટેગરીના પુરૂષ ઉમેદવારોને : 5 વર્ષ 
- અનામત કેટેગરીના મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને (5+5=10) : 10 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
- સામાન્ય કેટેગરીના દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા પુરૂષ ઉમેદવારોને : 10 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
- સામાન્ય કેટેગરીના દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને (10+5=15) : 15 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
- અનામત કેટેગરીના દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા પુરૂષ ઉમેદવારો (5+10=15) : 15 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
- અનામત કેટેગરીના દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા મહિલા ઉમેદવારો (5+10+5=20) : 20 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)

- Rs.400/- : અનામત વર્ગ (તમામ કેટેગરીની મહિલા, સા.શૈ.૫.વર્ગ, અનુસુચિત જાતિ, અનુસુચિત જન જાતિ, આ.ન.વર્ગ, દિવ્યાંગ અને એક્સ સર્વિસમેન ઉમેદવારો)
- The fees paid shall be refunded to those candidates who appear for the examination.
- પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત રહેનાર ઉમેદવારોને પરીક્ષા ફી પરત મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
